Friends & OSIP

Recently, friends around me seems to be facing a lot of problems at home with their parents. I realized that all of us all have problems at home and most probably its with our lovely parents. I can see through their eyes, they are people that hate to hurt their parents and are having issue with their parents while chasing for what they wanted. I really think that Fashion Designing or rather Fashion is something if you want to really achieve it with great heights, you need a lot of resilience, confidence and also strength. Most of us couldn't take it and end up giving in to that they are unable to go for what they wanted and hence stop and go for the easier path which is often said to be the more realistic path...And by easier path doesn't mean that they are lazy, some gave up because they care too much about their parents and don't want them to worry and don't want to bring trouble for them. And often at this time of a situation where the person do not know how to choose, she/he will be in pain, confusion. This is not easy. This year is not going to be easy. I hope everyone can have the strength to carry on. On the other note, my SIP is coming soon and I have always wanted to try and work outside independently. I like to depend on myself and not others. So for this SIP, I've thought for OSIP, which is the Overseas Internship Programme. Me and my friends are thinking of going to Taiwan because one of my friends have a connection there near Taipei and I'm very excited for it! So I asked my parents for permission which I thought they would not understand and would disagree of me going.. but however after long talks, they are like.."why not?" :))))) I was really REALLY happy. Okay, I'll end off here now, I've a lot of presentation slides to do and also lots of reports to finish. Ciao~
